I have fond memories as well -- from Humboldt Ave. in Minneapolis. I am sorry for the loss of your dear mom and I thank God for the memories she and her family have provided me with even nearly 60 years later.

Yes, I too was a neighbor across the street and grew up playing with the Peacock kids on Humboldt Ave. Connected again with Thelma through Richfield Lutheran church in later years. Deepest sympathy to the whole family. Becky Markkanen
