Juline, I cannot give you the big hug I want to at this time because I leave to visit Katie tomorrow and will not return until Tuesday. Rhett and I will be thinking of you this weekend.
I expect that I'm stating the obvious but I'll say it anyway. You have been a wonderful daughter to Violet. I can only hope that my children honor me at the end of my life's journey in the loving and respectful way that you have honored Violet.
I am so blessed to have a group of friends (you know who you are) who are showing me the way to care for and then let go of my own aging parents.
