We adored our Uncle Wally. He was able to tell us stories about our parents -my mother when she was young, and all about grandma and grandpa and when they first arrived from Norway. His Norwegian accent made the stories even that more true to life. Our family lived away so many years that we really appreciated his taking the time when we were finally home.
I loved telling my friends about my Uncle Wally who was in the Army- recorded a record and played on the Nomads. We heard he was really a good ball player and almost went on with the pro's.
I will always remember him leading us in prayer at our family reunion, he left many good memories and we were very proud of him.

life of service that modeled your Lord
Jesus. We have wonderful memories of the time Wally & Gene spent up here on
East and Middle Leaf lake.
