William BRANLUND Obituary

Age 96 of Woodbury 1925 — 2021 Bill is preceded in death by parents, Carl and Ester Branlund; and by brother, Carl (Cully). Survived by loving wife of 71 years, Charlotte (Lottie); his children, Steven (Pam), Thomas (Val), and Jane (Mike) Robinson; grandchildren, Kristin, Sarah, Andrew, Matthew; and 6 great-grandchildren. After serving in the Army Air Forces as a pilot officer in WWII, Bill worked for and retired from the 3M Company after 37 years. Words cannot describe our heartfelt loss and love of Bill. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. We would like to thank all the dedicated caregivers at Presbyterian Homes Norris Square and Stonecrest. Service at Kings of Kings Lutheran Church, 1583 Radio Drive, Woodbury on Monday, July 19 - 10:00 visitation, 11:00 service; interment at Union Cemetery. Dear Lottie.....we are saddened for you & your family to learn of Bill's passing. We remember that he made some very tasty Margaritas for us after golfing at Green Valley!!!
May the passing of time & the grace of God help to ease your sorrow.

I worked closely with Bill for several years at 3M CO. I enjoyed his company and positive attitude towards life and work. He was a valuable set to or manufacturing operation.
I'm sure he will be dearly missed by his family members and also others close to him.
