Sad to hear about Bill's passing. I went to high school with him and both my husband and I worked with him at the "commission".

I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing and send condolences to the family.
I worked for Bill for a number of years and am grateful for his friendship, mentoring, and support in the numerous projects we tackled together.
Bill was very knowledgeable and knew the facilities like the back of his hand.
Also liked his numerous car and dog stories he told and retold.

I worked under Bill for many years. He was a great manager who was fair but yet firm. He always gave us the tools and support to do our job. He will be missed. Deepest sympathy to his family.

Under his "Big Boy" moustache there was a "Little Boy" grin. And always a twinkle in his eye. Bill was my Manager for nearly thirty years. Usually a man of few words, but he chose them wisely. He was quite protective of our Interceptor crews.
My most sincere sympathy to his family and friends.

Peggy, Andy, Vicky and Linda - So sorry to hear of your loss. Too young. It gives pause to how fast life passes us by. It does not seem long ago at all that Bill and I were always fixing broken cars and heading out to the race track where Bill was many times a winner. He was a great driver, engineer and mechanic. Although we haven't seen each other for a while, I have thought of him often. As a matter of fact, just this morning there was a red car identical to Bills Coronet on TV for the St. Paul Car Show and I thought about him. Only to read of his passing 30 minutes later. Stay strong.
