First lease I ever signed was with Chuck and Bob in building behind Ukiah Foods.Chuck pointed out that not only did I owe him the monthly rent but the entire amount for five years should I decide to leave early. That was a big number to absorb but it is a lesson well learned and one I always pass on to my tenants.Chuck had the same firm handshake that was taught to me and his word was his bond.Rest in peace along with so many of your generation who made this such a great place to grow up. Condolences to your entire Family. Louie Tollini

White Cottage Cafe..Edna & Walt Lemmerz . Remembering all the friends gathering there, Mossi, Lampson, Betty, Pearl , Elsie, my dad Earl , seeing young Chuck grow up and my time working w/ both Chuck Sr. & Chuck. When Ukiah Foods was over all the construction projects we worked on together. It is all GOOD. P.S. Let's not forget 49er games and Joe Montana!!! Great times
