Rebecca Tyler
UNION — Mrs. Rebecca Whitehead "Wally" Tyler, 61, widow of Larry Tyler, passed away at her home.
Mrs. Tyler was born in Union, February 25, 1954, a daughter of Billie Grace Vaughan Whitehead of Union and the late Frank Whitehead. She was a graduate of Union High School and was employed with CPE Industries of Union. Mrs. Tyler was a devoted member of Morningside Baptist Church and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving in addition to her mother are a daughter, Jenifer Ford Bradley and husband Mitch of Chapin; a sister, Patricia Alman of Ohio; step-children including Ashley Tyler and fiancée Dabriada of Union; seven grandchildren, Samantha Hogan, Dylan Tyler, Tori Tyler, Joshua Tyler, Jada Tyler, Madelyn Tyler and Gabriel Tyler; two great-grandchildren, Chloe Guy and Aubrey Beaman.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Morningside Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Dr. Aulbrey Calvert.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening also at Morningside Baptist Church.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Memorials may be made to Morningside Baptist Church, 112 Bates Avenue, Union, SC 29379.
