Dear Aunt Gloria, So soon a year has passed. I know you are resting in peace and the whole family and Uncle Nuncy are with you. I do think of you often and of course the first thing I think of is the dinners on Leghorn Street. All of your nieces have a special place in their hearts for you. You will never be forgotten,
With love, your Niece, Ginny

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words and shared memories of Aunt Gloria. With her passing, it truly is an end of an era. Because Uncle Nuncy passed away during Covid, nothing could be done for him at the time. Including going to the cemetery for his internment. However, the church and the mortuary were kind enough to include Uncle Nuncy in the service. Father Banka's homily was beautifully done with personal feelings and experiences he had with both of them throughout his years at St. Patrick's. It was a wonderful service with some of Aunt Gloria's favorite Bible passages and Uncle Nuncy's favorite songs, including Ave Maria, which was beautifully performed by a talented ensemble of musicians with a flutist. Aunt Gloria and Uncle Nuncy will be missed by those of us in the family as well as their friends of many years at St. Patrick's church. May they both rest in peace. With love, their niece, Frances (DeRenzi) Boricchio

As a child I remember the dinners at Nana´s house. Aunt Gloria always brought the best desserts. I really liked her marshmallow treats made with the multi colored marshmallows.
I will really miss sending you cards each month. I thought of you and my dad often. You even shared the same birthday. He really loved you Aunt Gloria. I know you are with Jesus now. Love, Sharon

In loving memory of a sweet, gentle soul.
Aunt Gloria was always the kindest and most gentle person. She was the youngest of her family and 11 years older than me, so therefore, growing up she was a role model whom I always admired for her gentleness in her mannerisms and personality In all my life, I never new her to say an unkind word.
She was extremely devoted to her husband, Nuncy, and we are happy that they are together again.
Rest in peace, dear Aunt. We will always remember you.
Love,
Your niece, Betty and husband Vince.

We at St. Patricks will always remember Nuncy and Gloria for the devotion to each other and to the Lord. They started saying the rosary after morning Mass and we have continued that in their name to this day. While we are sad to not have them with us any longer, we are glad that Gloria has been able to rejoin Nuncy. Love and prayers for all the family.

It is with deep sympathy that I write this. Aunt Gloria is the last of that generation that was a huge factor in my growing up. As a child I remember riding with my grandfather in his truck to the train station to pick up Aunt Gloria coming home from work. I would anxiously look for her as the train came to a stop. She would step off the train and always looked so nice in her suits. She was always so well dressed and her hair so well styled. I miss those days. Now she will be with that whole generation of brothers and sisters and her loving husband. Rest in peace Aunt Gloria. Never to be forgotten.
With love, your niece, Ginny
