Albert Hindle Obituary

MERRIMACK -- Albert G. Hindle, 86, died Jan. 13, 2010, at Community Hospice House in Merrimack.

He was born in Montreal, April 26, 1924; to Harold and Elsie (Brown) Hindle. He was a mechanical engineer and engineering manager for Foxboro Company for many years. He served in the Canadian Navy and fought in World War II.

He enjoyed playing cards and bingo. He often played both at the Merrimack Senior Center. He loved watching game shows on TV, dining out, traveling, and going on day trips. He was a very social person and enjoyed people.

IN HIS LIFE: He is survived by his companion of five years, Ruth Palmer of Merrimack; a son, James G. Hindle and his wife, Marie, of Foxborough, Mass.; a daughter, Carole A. Gannon and her husband, James, of Nashua; and a grandson, Todd J. Ward of Nashua. Albert was predeceased by his wife, Beverly Hindle, and two brothers, Ronald E. Hindle and Wilfred H. Hindle.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. Laurent Funeral Home, 116 Elm St., Nashua. Burial will be private.

The family requests no flowers. Memorial donations may be made to Animal Rescue League, 24 Ferry Road, Nashua 03064.
