He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Julia Vaal of Phoenix; a brother, Steven of Hinsdale, N.H.; and many other friends and extended family.
.
SERVICES: Services will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations may be made to the Arizona Humane Society or to a charity of choice. Arrangements were entrusted to Best Funeral Services-North Central Chapel.

Dear Joe and Julia,
I want to offer you my deepest regrets. Brian has always been such a large part of our extended family since I was a little girl. I feel so blessed that he was such a big part of my life when I lived in Arizona and that he was there with me through my pregnancy and birth of Dakota! He will be missed by so many of us. I am so very sorry for your loss. I went to school with Brian and we were in the school plays at Pinkerton Academy. Brian was so funny and I remember how we would laugh at the silliest things. I wish you peace and comfort in dealing with your loss.
