Catherine Connolly Obituary
She was born in Lowell, MA on September 25, 1939, the first of 6 daughters to the late James W. Linton and the late Catherine (Brown) Linton. She attended St. Michael's School, Class of 1957. She also attended Nashua Community College working on a degree in banking.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a corporate travel agent with American Express. She was a former lending officer with Nashua Trust Co. for 15 years.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Shawn and Kevin Connolly, 3 granddaughters - Christal, Sheena and Kayla. 3 great granddaughters, Olivia, Annie and Kylie. She is also survived by her sister, Donna and her husband Tom.
She was the widow of Patrick Connolly who died in 2007 and was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Judy Fryns, Dorothy Souza, Sandra Nelson and Deborah Gordon.
She was also the grandmother of Bryan Connolly who died in 2017.
The McDonough Funeral Home will be in charge of her cremation. There will be no calling hours and a family gathering will be scheduled at a later date. Please consider sending the family your condolences through mcdonoughfuneralhome.com or find us on Facebook.

Often think of the things we shared. Remember the JoyLuck Club Movie. I insisted you go and you actually cried at the end. haha.So often I think of you and miss you. We shared so much history. Good and Bad. Wish we had had more time together.

Our friendship spanned over 50 years. I will never forget our trips to Boston , all the shows we saw , going to Reno to visit Dottie. I especially remember our Weekend on the beach in Clearwater Fl.
What good times we had. We shared laughter and tears all those years. So sorry you had to go Pal. Will miss you forever.
