Chip,
I came to know you as a colleague on the House Labor Committee since 2013. You were feisty, funny, and a man who remained true to his principles, always standing for working people. I will dearly miss you.

Chip, it was a pleasure to get to know you and to work with you when you represented your constituents in the House and the Senate. You and Ann have been great contributors, each in your own way, to the State of New Hampshire. My sincerest condolences to your family in your loss at far too early an age.

Ann and family,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of my friend, Chip, and kudos for the wonderful obituary you obviously helped write. You truly captured the essence of the man I knew during the years he led Bancroft Products. I had the good fortune to serve on Bancroft's Board as Chip grew it from the basement of Brown Building on the NH Hospital grounds to a more appropriate facility on Iron Works Road. Those with disabilities were truly the beneficiaries of this dedicated man and we were all witness to his accomplishments in their behalf. Find comfort in your memories of him.

Dear Chipper, with all your energy and sense of fun, how could you leave us so soon? You always stood up for the needs of others, whether leading Bancroft Products, or in the Statehouse. And your sense of fun , adventure and good humor was infectious. My heartfelt condolences to Annie and family.

Chip was our friend.
We met Chip first in 2003 at Custer S.P. or did he met us?
He was such a warmly and open minded person, always a little joke on his lips.
We will miss him
Chip will be at all times our friend.
