Daniel Corsetti Obituary

Daniel Richard Corsetti Jr., 65, passed unexpectedly and peacefully Fri., Nov. 26, 2021 in his Weare, NH home. Dan was born Jan. 26, 1956 in Woburn, MA. to the late Janna and Daniel R. Corsetti, Sr.

After graduating from Northeastern University with a BSc. in Business Administration, he moved to Weare, NH, with his wife to start a family of which he was exceptionally proud. He also maintained multiple licenses in engineering, which helped him in his long career centered around facilities management.

Dan enjoyed creating extravagant Italian meals and he prided himself on being victorious week after week in the family FitBit Challenge. He was an avid history buff, fierce euchre and trivial pursuit competitor, but most enjoyed losing to his wife in backgammon. Dan was an optimist, preferring to find silver linings and looking at the bright side, even in unfortunate situations. Family was at the forefront of Dan's life; he was at his best surrounded by family, great food, and never shied away from giving affection.

He is survived by his beloved spouse of 36 years Debra Corsetti of Weare; his four children Maureen Corsetti of Nashua; Daniel (Megan) Corsetti of Portsmouth and his 2 grandchildren Gracie and Sully; John (Kayla) Corsetti of Methuen, MA; Caroline Corsetti and Brian Fox of Manchester; brother Aaron (Diane) Corsetti of Bow; sister Glee Corsetti-Hooper and Chuck Graybill of Bow; Mark (Lea) Corsetti of Spring, TX; his many nieces and nephews; and his dearest friends Brian (Marilyn) Lovell of Hillsborough.

Visitation Friday, Dec. 3 at 2-4 p.m. at the French & Rising Funeral Home in Goffstown, NH. Prayer services to immediately follow. Flowers are welcome; Dan enjoyed bright colors of reds and purples. Alternatively, monetary donations are encouraged to the NHSPCA." For more information or to sign an online guestbook please visit www.frenchandrising.com
