David Balles Obituary
David was born on June 15, 1956 to Charles and Doris Balles.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kim Balles; children, Kristin Balles and partner Mike Robbins, Matthew Balles and partner Ashley Zecha; sister Liz Sturgill and husband Richard; brother-in-law Jack Thompson and partner John Rousseau; mother-in-law Connie Thompson and father-in-law Mark Topham who passed in 2017; grandchildren, Darryl, Christa, Mason, Jay, Pixie and Abby; and nieces, Pebbles and Freckles.
David had served as a past President of the Canadian Club. He coached the Southwest Jr. Deb Bedford Little League and the Bedford Softball League. He founded Dave's Septic Service. In 1998, he opened Manchester Alignment Center, Inc. and purchased Tire's Inc., which he owned until his retirement in 2015. In 2012, along with partners, David founded Club Manchvegas, Inc.
David loved traveling to Florida, riding his motorcycles and driving his cars. For David, nothing was ever fast enough. He loved being in his chop-shop with his buddies, as well as the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Celtics. He had a great sense of humor and loved his family, his brothers and, especially, his sidekick Xena. He was always the first to help anyone in need. He will forever be missed by many. Services are being held at the Durning, Bykowski and Young Funeral Home, 285 Manchester St., Manchester, NH, corner of Beech and Manchester streets, on Friday September 1 from 4 to 8 p.m. A Funeral service officiated by the Rev Doug Ricard, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday September 2 in the Funeral Home. Urn burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Bedford.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made, in David's name, to the Animal Rescue League of Bedford, Rte 101, Bedford, NH.

To Kim, Kristin, Matty and Family, I am so, sorry for your loss. You all are one of the strongest families I've ever met. You've been dealt such a difficult chapter in your lives, but you've handled it with such strength. You have so many wonderful people surrounding you, supporting you.
