Dawn Davitt Obituary

Dawn Davitt, 61, passed away unexpectedly in her home on September 29, 2024. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Dawn resided in Londonderry, NH for more than 30 years. Dawn enjoyed a well deserved retirement and the simple pleasures of hearth and home. She was an avid Patriots fan, even witnessing in person 2 Super Bowl victories including the famous 28-3 comeback. Dawn loved her balcony time overlooking the beach and people watching in Old Orchard. She was a fur mommy to 3 adorable Himalayan cats and was beloved by all who knew her for her sweet, generous spirit. She is survived by her husband, Andy Hamer of Londonderry, NH along with family in Arizona including her mother Ruth Frederick, sisters Shawna Davitt and Kathleen DeVries, brothers Jeff Johnson and John Davitt, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Michael Davitt. Life will never be the same without our Dawn Marie. She was loved by all. A celebration of life will be held on November 16, 2024 at the American Legion Post 27 in Londonderry NH

Deeply saddened for Andy and all Dawn´s loved ones and friends...I never met Dawn but got to know Andy well during our last several years at Londonderry High, and the descriptions of her and her qualities leave me knowing Andy must be heartsick...May she rest in the sweetest peace and those left behind find solace in sweet memories...
