Debra Simard Obituary

Debra Ann Simard, 68, of Manchester, NH, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7th, 2025 with her family beside her after a courageous battle with cancer.

Deb (or Debbie) is survived by her partner Thomas Touchette; her three children, Cathy Gartley, Jackie Simard, and Kim Ackles; her step-daughter, Stephanie Touchette; and her six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerard Hebert; her mother, Theresa St. Laurent; and her step-father, Henry St. Laurent.

She dedicated her life to her family, always present with unconditional love and support. She will be remembered for her caring nature, generosity, and kindness with everyone she met. Her passions included cooking with her daughters, crafting with her sisters, and spending time with her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Deb would have preferred that donations be made in her honor to one of the following organizations.

St. Jude's - Online Donations - St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
