Eleanor Foye

1928 - 2025

Eleanor Foye was born December 28, 1928 and passed away on February 21, 2025, in her home surrounded by her daughters.

Eleanor is predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Ruth Lee and her sister, Nancy Roy Burns; and her loving husband of 68 years, William (Bill) Francis Foye. Eleanor attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help grade school and graduated from St. Joseph High School for girls. She went on to work for the New England Telephone Company.

Eleanor and Bill married in1948 and they had three daughters. Eleanor was a long time parishioner and member of the Ladies Guild of our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. She has most recently been a parishioner of St. Catherine of Sienna Parish.

Eleanor is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Michael) Mulligan of Washington State, Coleen (Tom) Southern of New Hampshire and Kathleen Foye Bradley of New Hampshire. Eleanor is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Erin (Carol) Mulligan, Kevin (Kasia) Mulligan, Matthew (Chalermkhwan) Southern, Katherine (Michael) LaCourse, Patrick (Jenna) Southern and her nine great grandchildren.

Services: A calling hour is Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 10 to 11 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, 207 Hemlock St., corner of Webster St., Manchester, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM in the church.

Burial will follow in New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH.

The Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, Manchester, NH has the honor of handling the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of the Monastery of the Precious Blood, 700 Bridge Street, Manchester, NH 03104.
