When I was walking around the Spruce & Cypress Street neighborhood I would see Frank outside . He would invite me inside for a cold drink and a chat. Whether it was city politics or sports the conversation always ended up with us laughing I have fond memories of those talks.I don't remember seeing Frank without a smile on his face.

Jen and Jeff my prayers and condolences are with both of you and the rest of the family. Both Frank and Pat are part of my memories of a great neighborhood to grow up in. Whether Frank was washing his car or the both of them out for a walk, they always enjoyed stopping to chat with me. I hope the wonderful memories that you have sustain you in this difficult time.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with your Dad and he always had such a pleasant demeanor. My best memory was when he was driving a tractor down an unfinished road in Pembroke. In typical Frankie fashion he was looking left and right and waving to everyone. Suddenly he ran into a raised manhole and tipped the tractor up on its back wheels. No one was hurt, but it made for a great story. May your memories help to bring you comfort.
