Frank will be dearly missed by everyone. We all loved and appreciated him at Bowman. He always had a smile on his face and he was a such a strong man. He had such a loving relationship with Smudges and his family, he would always talk highly of his daughters and grandchildren. I will deeply miss him and he will forever be in my thoughts.

Frank and Peggy were truly great neighbors on Belmont Street. Frank was a good friend of Al and a source of comfort when Al died. Thankful for his friendship and his prayers. Kathy
