Gail Salcito Obituary
She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Richard Salcito; her daughter, Kristen; her sons, Richard S. and Jeffrey Salcito; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Anthony Salcito, and Nolan and Gabriella Farren.
She touched the lives of so many people and will be forever remembered for her kind heart and loving spirit.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 30th from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 1st at 10:00am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Avenue, Derry. The burial will follow in Pillsbury Cemetery, Hovey Rd., Londonderry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Lakota Indian School, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. To send a condolence please visit www.peabodyfuneralhome.com

I met Gail & Dick in the early 90´s when traveling to our home away from home in St.Maartens. It was the start of a great friendship. Unfortunately, due to my husbands illness we had an absence from St.Maartens for approximately 6 years, but the day we stepped our feet on the beach in 2006 it was like we picked up the friendship where it left off and continued on. Our vacations were filled with laughter, food and fun from morning til night. We shared stories of our families as our backgrounds were so similar in our beliefs. Gail would read books, dip in the water and always have snacks to nibble on throughout the day. The times shared together will be memories I will forever hold in my heart. Rest in peace Gail
