I wanted to pass on my sincere condolences on Doug's passing. he was always the kindest, most sincere person i had the pleasure of serving with on the SNHU board. his humor was infectious. I would often receive notes or book suggestions and always looked forward to hearing from him at Christmas. I am personally deeply saddened by his passing but will always remember him fondly and with a smile.

Dear Ellen and all the O'Brien Family, Please accept my sincere condolences in the passing of Doug. He was the true example of living life to the fullest and always there for others. I have fond memories of Loon Lake. Especially the Ladies of the Lake weekend. Not only leaving the comfort of his own home for it just to be the ladies but always leaving gifts for all of us. He was the perfect host. Thinking of all of you and keeping you in my prayers. Peace and love. Nancy McBurnie

All of us at Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green are saddened to learn of Doug's death. He was such a fine man and great contributor to Manchester and New Hampshire during his years here. A good friend to all who had the pleasure to know him. Our late partners Bill Green and Kimon Zachos were very involved with Doug, as were many others. Our sympathies to the family. Brad Cook
