MANCHESTER ? Lucien J. Roy, 80, of Manchester, died April 28, 2011, at his residence.
He was born in Manchester on Oct. 14, 1930, to Amedee and Beatrice (Vachon) Roy. He was a lifelong resident of this city.
A veteran of the Korean War, he served for 10 years as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. He retired from Skyline Roofing Co., where he had worked for many years. He was a communicant of St. Anthony Church.
Family members include his wife of 50 years, Doris J. (Coulombe) Roy of Manchester; three children, Roland L. Roy, Raymond G. Roy and Jeanne M. Roy, all of Manchester; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Calling hours are Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester. Burial with military honors will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
