Maureen Sheila (Moriarty) Arnieri, of Marco Island Florida, lost her long battle and passed away on September 12, 2021.

Maureen was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on September 11, 1941, to John and Katherine Moriarty. She leaves behind her loving husband of 62 years, Francis (Fran) Arnieri, and her two children Karen Dawley with her husband Doug, and John Arnieri with his wife Marybeth. She also leaves behind a younger brother John "Jackie" Moriarty and his wife Kate. Maureen was blessed with six grandchildren: Dr. Matthew Dawley of Brooklyn, NY, Allison Arnieri of Manchester, NH, US Navy Lieutenants Katherine Calibo and her husband LT Taylor Calibo of Mystic, CT, Kelly Arnieri of Astoria, NY, Shawn Dawley of Alexandria, VA, and Anthony Arnieri of Manchester, NH.

Maureen's greatest passion was her grandchildren. They were in her heart and mind every day. She enjoyed their accomplishments, both large and small, with all her heart. Her other two passions were the Red Sox and traveling. She loved her Red Sox and watched them every chance that she got. She knew all the players' names and all their stats... she was a great fan. Maureen was able to see a lot of the world in her travels. She would have loved to see more but was happy with what she had seen.

Goodbye my love.

A Funeral Mass will be held at a later date.

Such a big hole left in my memory bank...BFF surely describes Maureen "Moe" for me...She was a dear friend and always there no matter what the problem was. We´ve lost a good one here on earth, but she will take care of us wherever she may be.
