Michael J. O'Sullivan

Michael J. O'Sullivan, 84, of Goffstown, NH, died on November 11, 2025, after an epic battle with cancer.

Michael was born in Portsmouth, NH, the only son of Michael and Margaret (Knightly) O'Sullivan, both from Ireland. He graduated Portsmouth High before attending Boston College, earning an economics degree. After serving in the United States Navy, Michael was the owner of Antioch Shoe in Goffstown for over 20 years. He then worked in shoe sales at JC Penney in Nashua until retirement.

Michael was a gentle, selflessly kind person. He loved and supported his family and cherished his community of neighbors and friends. He loved the Boston Red Sox and vacationing with family in Maine. He will be missed dearly.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Marybeth, of Dover; his son, Justin, and daughter-in-law, Maggie, of Brentwood, TN; three granddaughters, Nola, Neve, and Bridget; his three sisters, Eileen O'Connor, Peggy O'Sullivan, and Mary Mullen; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Services: Calling hours are Monday, November 24, 2025, from 4 to 7 PM at Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, Manchester, NH, 03104.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2025 with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Lawrence Church, 1 E Union St, Goffstown, NH 03045.

Burial with military honors will follow in New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, Boscawen, NH at 1 PM.
