COLEBROOK -Miss Miranda Lee Sweatt, 27, of Colebrook, passed away very unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, July 4, 2012, at the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital in Colebrook.
She was born on August 17, 1984, in Berlin, a daughter to Bradford Sweatt and the late Nancy (Cunnington) Sweatt. Miranda was a 2002 graduate of Colebrook Academy and was attending the White Mountain Community College in Berlin.
True to her caring nature of always wanting to help others, Miranda worked for many years in child and health care, most recently at the Colebrook Elementary School as a paraprofessional, and at the Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital as a licensed nurse's assistant.
Miranda's life revolved around her three children; they were her joy and inspiration. She was a passionate mother, and always on the go. She loved to spend time with her fiancé Pete at his camp, and she was a life-long lover of horses. Miranda was a regular attendee at the Monadnock Congregational Church where she also assisted with Sunday School. She will be remembered as a loving sister, daughter, fiancé, aunt, perfect mother to her children, and a friend to many who will all dearly miss this dedicated Colebrook girl who never wanted to leave her hometown.
Miranda is survived by her father, Bradford Sweatt and his wife Diane of Errol; her three children, Dakota Flanders, Jazmyn Flanders and Elyza Goudreau; her fiancé, Peter Goudreau of Colebrook; two sisters, Tiffany Sweatt of Fort Wayne, Ind., and fiancé Kevin, Stephanie Barney and husband Justin, with their son Jacob, of Groveton; a brother, Nathan Fortier of Errol; her grandparents, Gloria Sweatt, Ralph Sweatt and companion Elaine Laflamme of Errol, and grandfather Elwood Cunnington of Derby, Vt.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy, and a grandmother, Marguerita Cunnington.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Sunday, July 8, 2012, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Jenkins & Newman Funeral Home in Colebrook.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 9, at 11 a.m. at the Monadnock Congregational Church in Colebrook with the Rev. Rebecca Larson officiating. Interment will follow at the Colebrook Village Cemetery.
