Paul R. Taylor

1945 - 2022

Paul R. Taylor, 77, passed away unexpectedly, on March 9, 2022. Born on February 28, 1945, he is the son of Lillian Margeson and the late William Taylor. Paul grew up in Charlestown, MA and graduated from Simmonds High School in Warner, NH in 1965. Paul spent his career as a real estate investor.

Paul is survived by his wife, Robin Hunkiar and stepson, Michael Hunkiar of Hudson, NH; his daughter, Alysa Mulligan and her husband Kenneth Mulligan, and 2 granddaughters, Kaylee and Kelsey of Pelham, NH. He is also survived by his siblings, Alan Taylor, Lauren Taylor, John Taylor, Teresa Taylor, and Murdo Margeson Jr, along with many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother William Taylor, Jr. and sisters, Lynn Taylor and Janis Taylor.

Paul had a very kind heart. He was always helping neighbors, family, and friends. He could fix and build anything. He was a self-taught electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, and more. He loved staying busy with projects and when one ended, a new one was sure to start soon after.

Paul enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved to tease, make people laugh, and will always be remembered as having the loudest laugh in the room. He enjoyed many lake activities from fishing in his canoe or pontoon boat, to making waves with his jet ski. At the end of the day, Paul would finally relax in front of the tv, with some kind of dessert in hand.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 2nd, from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:30pm at the funeral home.
