Rita Cecile Reischer

MANCHESTER - Rita Cecile Reischer passed peacefully at the age of 95 early Sunday morning, the 17th of January, 2016, at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. She was a longtime resident of Manchester.Rita was born in Lowell, Mass., to Leon and Victoire Hebert. She is predeceased by her late husband, George, three sisters, four brothers, two granddaughters, one grandson and one great-granddaughter. She is survived by a sister, Paulette, seven children, Pauline, Priscilla, Roger, Maureen, Maurice, George and Phillip; 25 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great grandchildren.Rita was a courageous and strong-willed woman, a caring and loving wife, mother, sister, mother-in-law, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and friend. She always put everyone's needs before her own. Her family was her life. We will keep her spirit and memory alive in our hearts and actions. Rest in peace and fly with the angels.The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the HCNH and Home Health & Hospice Care staff for their care and support during her final days.
