Robert Shatney Obituary
MANCHESTER - Robert W. Shatney, 51, of Manchester, passed away at his residence on Nov. 29, 2016.
He was born in Manchester on March 22, 1965, the son of David L. and Sara (Johnson) Shatney Sr. Robert had worked for many years as a self-employed contractor. He could fix anything. He was a daredevil and kid at heart and loved to go fast, regardless of what he did. He enjoyed snowmobiling and jet skiing. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandson.
Family members include his father and step-mother, David and Simone Shatney Sr., of Goffstown; two daughters, Amanda Shatney of Manchester and Dayna Shatney of Peabody, Mass.; a son, Jacob Shatney of Manchester; his grandson, Parker Snow of Manchester; three brothers, Jimmy Bobo of Weare, Roger Bobo of Manchester, and David Shatney Jr. and his wife, Holly, of Manchester; three sisters, Tammy Bobo of Allenstown, Amy Dineen of New York, and Debbie Champagne of North Carolina; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Bob put a 3 story addition on our house in 2003. He was kind, polite, funny and wonderful with our kids & the neighborhood kids. He was so considerate & did such a great job we had him do a wrap around deck for us the following year. He talked about his kids a lot and was so very proud of them. We lost touch for a while but recently bumped into each other again at the grocery store.He was just as sweet & kind as I remembered him. I am so very sorry for your loss - please take comfort in how much he loved you!
