GILFORD -- Roberta E. "Bobbie" Miller, 54, died at home on Oct. 31, 2010.
She was born in Manchester on Sept. 25, 1956, to Carol and Madeleine (Caron) Dionne. She grew up in Bedford and was a 1975 graduate of West High School. She was a 20-year resident of Wolfeboro before moving to Gilford two months ago.
She loved to hike, do crafts, make stained glass and walk her dog, Sport. But most of all, she enjoyed taking care of her two children.
IN HER LIFE: Family members include her daughter, Jennifer Miller of Wolfeboro; her son, Jonathan Miller of Gilford; her mother, Madeleine (Caron) (Dionne) Blake of Amherst; her brother, Ken Dionne of Amherst; four sisters, Donna Holden of Bow, Mickie Moore of Atlanta, Ga., Sandy Crowell of Bedford and Christine Post of Tennessee; and many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins.
SERVICES: A celebration of her life is Wednesday, Nov. 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Gilford Community Church, Fellowship Hall, Gilford. Donations may be made in her memory to the Lakes Region Conservation Trust, P.O. Box 766, Center Harbor 03226. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements. Bobbie was a glow in anyones life,she was one of the most positive people I have ever met,she would always be there to help anyone out,my prayer's go out to the family,she will never be forgotten,alway's remembered with warmth,and kindness.She is at peace now with her dog.

We all lost a terrific mom.Bobby was a mother to all of us at "Millers" for many years.She treated each and every one of us like we were family.She was a terrific lady and we will all miss her smile and kindness.
