Ruth Griffin Obituary
She was born Nov. 15, 1920 to David and Ruth (Brownlie) Dickson in Berwick, PA. She was educated in Shaker Heights, OH and at UNH.
She married Fred Griffin in 1941. She taught first grade in Manchester, NH for 25 years.
Ruth was an artist. She and Fred were avid skiers, golfers, and tennis players. They loved nature and the great outdoors.
She is survived by daughter Barbara Ludwig and husband Robert of Wakefield, MA; daughter Robin Foster and husband Robert of Waitsfield, VT; daughter Bonnie Griffin of Boise, ID; and daughter-in-law Martha Griffin of Kennebunkport, ME. Ruth is predeceased by her husband, Frederick W. Griffin; son, Frederick (Rick) W. Griffin, Jr.; and brother, David Dickson.
