I never had the opportunity to meet Kevin personally but I was fortunate to have been able to exchange many messages and several conversations on Garage Journal where he was an active member for many years. He was a wealth of knowledge and didn't mind sharing what he had learned in his years. He will be missed.

I never had the pleasure to meet Kevin, but I feel that I knew him, if only a little. Kevin was a pillar on the pages of Garage Journal. He had nearly 30,000 posts and every single one had something meaningful, important and impactful. Kevin helped uncountable "friends" that he would never meet, some from all over the world. Kevin always supported those trying to be better at something around the house or on the job.
Kevin will be missed, on Garage Journal, and I´m sure in real life.

To inform the family of the lives he touched, there is a Garage Journal members-only thread discussing the recent loss of Kevin and the friendships he forged during his tenure there, myself included. His willingness to help others spoke volumes about his character. He will be missed and may his family find comfort and calmness of heart as they grieve.
