MECHANICSBURG – Ronald Lawrence Amrine, 84, went home to be with the Lord on Oct. 13, 2025. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Ron was born on Feb. 16, 1941 to Maxwell and Hallie Amrine in Delaware, Ohio.
Ron retired from Diamond Tool and Dye. He started on the shop floor and worked his way up, becoming a CAD/CAM. Ron married the love of his life, Phyllis, on Oct. 25, 1961. Together they had three children: Jana Amrine Riegel, Brian Amrine, and Rachel (Daniel) Niswonger.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 62 years, Phyllis (Stidam) Amrine, seven siblings, a brother and sister-in-law.
