UTICA - Bianca RoseCapri Palek, 15, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 15, 2017.
Bianca was born on March 19, 2002, in New Hartford, the daughter of Phillip Palek, Sr., and Mikasha Dawson. She was a 9th grade student at BOCES in the P-Tech program.
Surviving besides her parents are her brother, Phillip Palek, Jr.; sisters, Adriana Palek and Lajiana; grandparents, Roger, Sr., and Philippa Palek; uncle, Roger Palek, Jr.; aunts, Tasha Linsell and Willijah Dawson; as well as other siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins, too many to mention. Bianca was predeceased by her infant sister, Felicia.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call Friday from 5-7 p.m. at McGrath, Myslinski, Karboski & Nunn Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd., Utica. Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Bianca's name may be made to the Children's Miracle Network. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
