Bruce Bush Obituary
Utica
Bruce Allen Bush, 41, of Utica, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2009. Bruce was born on November 2, 1967, in Cooperstown, the son of Clinton and Charlotte Kent Bush. He was educated in local schools. Bruce was employed as a kitchen aide for various businesses and also did interior painting. He loved camping, animals and riding his bicycle. Surviving are his mother, Charlotte; daughter, Nicole (Rudy), and a son, Jesse; four sisters, five brothers and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father and three sisters. Bruces family will receive guests Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Nunn & McGrath Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd. Remembrances in Bruces name may be made to the family in care of Clinton Bush, 23 Burrstone Rd., New York Mills, NY 13417, to assist them during this difficult time. To the Bush Family: Words cannot begin to say how very sorry I am for your loss. Bruce was always a good guy!!! I will never forget his sense of humor. We shared a few laughs any time we happened to run in to one another. And anyone that knew Bruce knows how deep his love was for his children. Bruce was a great guy and a wonderful father. I got to know Bruce over the last year and a half. I will forever remember his smiling face and the smiling face of his son with his Dad. Bruce would often ride his bike across town to come and visit us at Mother Mariannes. He was often with his son. He was always ready to jump in and lend a had when we needed him. You are deeply miss our friend.

when bruce was a younger man he protected me from an abusive boy friend. He saved my life. I never could say thank you enough. I loved him as a brother. in 2006 I returned to utica & we always said we would hang out but we never found the time. You live on through us those of us that love you will never forget you luv. lee.

I am very sorry for your loss. I know that Bruce was 1 heck of a guy. He was the 1 person you know would always make you laugh through good times and bad. He will always be in our hearts and minds.
