Bryan Klossner Obituary

Bryan P. Klossner 1958 - 2021
NEW HARTFORD/WHITESBORO - Bryan P. Klossner, age 63, of New Hartford/Whitesboro, passed away peacefully on May 7th, 2021 with his loving family by his side.
He was born in 1958, in Rome, a son of Dr. Roger and Patricia (Schultz) Klossner. He graduated from Clinton High School and later earned an Associate's Degree from HCCC in Travel and Tourism graduating with honors.
For over 19 years, Bryan was employed at Kaufmanns/Macy's in the Sales and Customer Service Departments becoming a member of the Diamond Club and receiving many honors. He was loved by both his customers and fellow employees.
He was a devout catholic and a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, where he also served as a Eucharistic Minister, for a number of years.
Bryan also enjoyed golfing, in his spare time and held a love for all things pertaining to the New York Yankees.
He was a humble man and a great friend to many who will miss him dearly.
Bryan is survived by his parents; his brothers, Jeff (Kay) Klossner and Philip Klossner; nephews, Jason and Jonathan; as well as several great-nieces and nephews. He also leaves two very special aunts, Dorothy and Carolyn; and his uncle, Dick. He is also survived by his soul mate, Carol Ann, who loved him dearly and enjoyed a wonderful life of over 25 years; along with two sisters-in-law, Debbie (Stewart) LaFave and Jean (Bob) Stanhope; as well as several nieces and nephews, Michael, Brittany, Mikaela, Sean, Tracy, Adam, Joey and David. He also had numerous cousins and friends whom he enjoyed spending time with.
He was predeceased by both his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his three uncles, Paul, Karl and David.
The family would like to thank Dr. Benjamin, Dr. Ruddy and the entire staff at Upstate Cancer Center of Oneida, as well as the staff of Hospice and Palliative Care of the Mohawk Valley and the Abraham House, for their exceptional care and compassion.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 17, at 11:30, at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 16 Park Ave., Whitesboro; interment will be in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice and Palliative Care, 4277 Middle Settlement Rd., New Hartford, NY 13413 or to the Abraham House, 417 N. Washington St., Rome, NY 13440.

Sad to read of Bryan's passing.. Bryan was the go to guy at Macy's, always helpful and professional. Genuine good man. God Bless him and his loved ones.

It was sad to see that Bryan passed.
I remember some fun times with you.
He was a special guy to always smiling.
