Doris Winterberger Obituary
CLARENCE, NY - Doris R. (nee Reilly) Winterberger, formerly of Utica and currently of Clarence, NY, passed away on December 16, 2018.
Doris was the retired Chief Clerk for the Utica City Court.
Doris was predeceased by the love of her life, Ernest Massaro. She was the beloved mother of Wendy W. Knoell and the late Leonard E. Winterberger; cherished grandmother of Alan, Kurt (Melinda), Kristian and Lauren Knoell; dear sister of Donald (Lynne) Reilly; and aunt of Colleen (William) Phelps, Scott (Christine) Reilly and Shannon Reilly. She is also survived by four great-nieces; the family of Ernest Massaro; and her longtime friend, Vera Sadallah of Utica. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Margie Reilly.
Services were held at Amigone Funeral Home, Inc., (716) 836-6500.

Dear Wendy, even though we have not seen each other for 40 years, I remember a great summer of 1974 and our group of friends. Your mother was always so kind and happy. My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this difficult time.
