Larry Edwards Obituary
UTICA - Larry Edwards, 60, of Utica, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
Larry was born in Utica on September 14, 1955, a son of the late Howard and Rita (Lloyd) Edwards. He was employed for several years with Dodge Graphic Press and then later with Indium Corp. Larry was an avid Yankees, Rangers and Buffalo Bills fan.
Larry is survived by his four sisters and a brother, Joan (Michael) Cardarelli, of Utica, Linda Colosimo, of Whitesboro, Barbara (Joe) Petronella, of Deerfield, Christine (Ray) Wiegand, of Utica, and Stephen (Lisa) Edwards, of Charlotte, NC; nieces and nephews, Christopher Cardarelli, David (Nicole) Cardarelli, AJ Colosimo, Bryan (Diane) Petronella, Jennifer Petronella and fiance, Jamey, Andrew Wiegand and Mia Edwards, and an uncle, Richard Freeley, of Whitesboro; and four great-nephews.
A funeral service for Mr. Edwards will be held on Friday evening at 6:00 at the Heintz Funeral Home, 408 Herkimer Rd., N. Utica. Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday from 4-6.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hope House or the Utica Public Library.

Larry was a childhood friend, I was ten, he was fifteen..........I looked up to him then, and he left a lasting impression....did not know of his recent situation, and am very sorry to hear of his loss. My prayers to the family, Rita, Howie, Stephen,..........you were all ingrained in my childhood memories ....thinking of you.
