I had a good friend for a short period of time. It was on a lunch interview for Mike's old job at Timbar in Vernon that I first met Mike. Lunch lasted for over two hours because the conversation just kept flowing. Mike and I spent many hours in the car on our trips to corporate in PA and talked about everything. Even after I left the company we still talked frequently and sought each others advice.
Brittany and Matt, you always came up at some point in our conversations. He was very proud of both of you and loved you both very much. My dad was 46 when he died so I can guess where you are right now emotionally. Hold on to the good happy memories as they will help you through this time. Live knowing that your dad wanted you to succeed in life.
Mr. Sadlon you will be sorely missed by many and by me. You truly were a good friend.

My first meeting with Mike Sadlon was when I was elected President of EZ Riders Snowmobile club over 8 years ago, he was the treasurer and had been since the club re-incorporated three years earlier. Mike was a great leader to the local club and we became friends outside of meetings. All the great times riding up at the camp in Piseco will be talked about year after year, after year. That was something I will always remember, Mike had stories to tell that went on forever, he was never short of an experience to share, and they were full of humor. Mike is going to be missed severly by his snowmobile peers and friends, it saddens me to think I'll never ride Pauly Road with Mike again, but I will ride it for him and in spirit I know he'll be riding with all of us. My prayers go out to Mike's Family, I am still in shock of Mike's passing.
