Patricia G. Drown 1949 - 2018
NEVERSINK, NY - Patricia G. Drown, 68, passed away Monday morning, May 28, 2018, at the Kaplan Family Residence. She will be dearly missed.
Patricia was born on July 12, 1949, to Ivan and Elizabeth Unger in Oxford, NY.
Patricia worked many years as a teacher's aide in the Tri-Valley Schools. Before that, she ran a daycare out of her home and, before that, Patricia earned her LPN Certificate at SUNY Cortland. She worked as a nurse at Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich and Community General Hospital in Hamilton. Patricia enjoyed many crafts, including painting, sewing, crocheting and drawing. She was a true artist in all ways. Her best-known quality was being a loving and devoted wife.
Patricia leaves behind her loving husband of 41 years, Robert Drown; her children, Shane Drown and wife, Jessica, of Grahamsville, Joshua Drown and wife, Diana, of Oklahoma, Scott Davis and wife, Patricia, of Earlville, and Joel Davis and wife, Reyhan, of Turkey; her grandchildren, Adele, Hazel, Suton, Case, Jessica, James, Kalya and Leo; her siblings, Edward Unger, Teddy Unger, David Unger and Debbie Burnap.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Jessica, and her sister, Joyce.
Services are being privately held at the convenience of the family.
