To Joe and Family, Please accept my sincerest condolences. I am deeply sorry upon learning of the passing of your Father. There are no words to comfort the pain, however I do leave this passage that I have found to be so true and such a gift. "The past memories of your life and your Father's are golden gifts that death can never destroy". "What once was a memory is now a treasure in Heaven". May God shed His most precious comforts upon every one of your Family. Master Trooper Dwayne M. Davis(retired) Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of State Police.

My prayers of peace to Fran's entire family. Fran was an excellent mentor and NASA engineer! I always enjoyed working with him. I'm thankful for the fond memories I have with he and Diane at Christmas parties and branch Valentine's dinners. Fran and Diane were always very welcoming to me at NASA Langley as a young engineer from MN.

Colette and Cathleen,
I was so sorry to learn that your father had passed. Yet it put a smile on my face to know that he was traveling and with family when he died. Cathleen had mentioned that your parents were filling their retirement years with wonderful trip adventures. Now they are together again in their heavenly home. Peace to you and the family.

I was saddened to hear that Francis has passed. I never met him face to face, so we built a friendship over he phone. Francis lived an interesting life, and enjoyed sharing some of his experiences. I have one of his books. Instead of just talking about himself, Francis also wanted to learn about others, and making them feel important. He loved his family. I will miss Francis and his stories.

Very sorry to hear of Fran´s passing. Fran was a wonderful person to know and work with, was an exceptional researcher, and represented the highest standards as a life-long NASA civil servant. I can still vividly remember his frequent smile and laugh. It was a privilege to be associated with him.
