Lupe Johnston Obituary
ORLANDO, FL.-Lupe Johnston 81, passed away December 11, 2008 in Orlando, FL.
Mrs. Johnston was born July 16, 1927 in San Benito, TX. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, a member of AARP, the Air Force Women's Auxiliary Association and the Neighborhood Watch Association. She was a past member of the Red Hats and she enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking.
She is survived by her children, Bob Johnston, Cindi Wells, Nora Johnston all of Orlando, FL, and Bill Johnston and his wife, Sharon Johnston of Casselberry, FL; four grandchildren, Lisa Wiltshire (Matt) of Nashville, TN, Brad, Alex and Reghan Johnston all of Casselberry, FL; two great grandchildren, John Ashley and Alex Wiltshire; and ÂÂsister, Lupe Galvan of San Benito, TX.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Monday, December 15th from 5 - 8 PM at the Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home Conway Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Tuesday, December 16th at 11 am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with interment immediately following at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Hospice of the Comforter 480 W. Central Parkway Altamonte Springs, Fl. 32714 (407) 682-0808

We were sorry to hear of Lupe's passing, and we join you in your grief. I didn't know Lupe well, but I remember her as a happy person who enjoyed life. One year when she was in Springfield, MO at my parents' home (Katherine & Elbert Johnston) at the Thanksgiving holiday, Lupe went with my sister Janet and I to see the Christmas parade here in Springfield. We all enjoyed the afternoon.
