Culwell Family,
I always had such admiration and respect for Mr. Culwell. He was the administrator for the Collins Scholarship when I became a recipient. He was always so encouraging and just a bright spot in my pursuit of a higher education. I feel blessed to have known such a wonderful man.

Mrs. Culwell, Curtis, Libby and the rest of the Culwell family: I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Culwell's passing. I was fortunate to have him as my principal for three years before he was named CISD's superintendent. He was a very fair and kind man and those of us who were lucky enough to have him as our principal benefited greatly from his wisdom and kindness.

Warmest regards,
