Our condolences to the Lucio family and exended families, I have great sadness for his passing but he was received by the Lord cause he was a good man, a religious man I saw him every sunday at St Anthony's church where is help as an usher, the last time I saw him was there last yr, I told him he was still my sheriff and to run again & I would vote for him just like I always did, I would tell him at the football games that he was the #1 Lawman in the RGV & he just laugh & told me "don't say it too loud" with a wink of his eye, I was honest to call him my friend, RIP Sheriff Omar Lucio,
