Oscar is survived by his wife, Yolanda De Leon; his children, Oscar De Leon, Jr, Melissa De Leon, Pedro De Leon, Amy De Leon, Jesus De Leon, Rodimiro Velasquez, and Alice Rodriguez; his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his siblings, Jesus De Leon, Frank De Leon, Ramiro De Leon, Ben De Leon, Gilbert De Leon, Beatrice De Leon, and Elvira Pollock.
Oscar was preceded in death by his parents, Juan Francisco De Leon and Anita De Leon; his brother Guillermo De Leon and his brother Rene De Leon.
A visitation for Oscar will be held Monday, September 6, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559. A chapel funeral service will occur Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM. with burial to follow at 11:00 AM at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
