I was only had a short time to be a everyday part of his life because I worked with him . He was one of the first coworkers I met in 1989 as I had just turned a page in my life moving to McAllen. We soon found common ground although we were from different worlds. It was a business trip that we took together to Louisiana that I think we became friends that really broke the ice and gave us both the common ground we needed. Later and way further his life turned the page much like mine did we both found ourselves in divorce, I reached out and felt like I could help , I could be someone he could speak with and console. We stayed in touch over the years and I found myself going down other different roads in business that crossed paths with them, I spoke with Peter early that month and was making plans to visit and go to lunch, but that day never came. I found out by accident two years after he passed what happened and why he never returned my call. You see Lynda its funny how life is sometimes and turns out ! You are and were a remarkable person Peter Casa !

God, our Creator and Redeemer, by your power Christ conquered death and returned to you in glory; may all your people, especially Peter, who has gone before us in faith, share His victory and enjoy the vision of your glory forever, where Christ lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
