Brian Lamon
Tommy Lamon was born on January 7th, 1957 in Harlingen, Texas to Garthel and Ethel Lamon of Combes.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Lamon, and his brothers Donny, Jimmy and Robby Lamon. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Marianne. Tommy was a graduate of Harlingen High School.
Known for his generosity and sense of humor, Tommy will be remembered for having many friends and his love of South Texas wildlife. He loved farming and spent many years farming in Cameron County.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Valley Baptist and Gentiva Hospice.
A service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 10 AM at Heavenly Grace in La Feria, TX. Memorial donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice, 410-A N. Ed Carey Drive, Suite B-9, Harlingen, TX 78550.

Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Tommy Lamon. We were very saddened to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace. He was a good friend for many years. We have lots of good memories.

My sympathy to the Lamon family. I went to school with Tommy like so many others. Thought he was cute and I liked to irritate him by turning his cowboy hat over. Always such a sweet person and left such a positive image for me. Now Tommy you will begin your new journey and will be missed by many.
