Vonda Fabrycki Obituary
Coleen was born on May 20, 1941 to Roy and Pauline Ikamire in Greencastle, Indiana. She was a graduate of Ball State University (BA) and Governors State University (MA). She was a beloved high school English teacher and librarian. Coleen was a talented writer and poet. She enjoyed her retirement years in Florida.
Coleen was predeceased in death by her daughter, Crista Fabrycki Chadwick and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Leanne (Anthony) Ross; her Florida partner, Earl Alton; her grandchildren, Margaret Palsgrove, Katherine and Clara Ross and Jack Chadwick; siblings Ron Ikamire, Arlene (Mike) Hecko and Christine (Ric) Phillips.
There will be a memorial service Tuesday January 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 2705 N. Tamiami Trail, Nokomis, Florida. Arrangements are by Toale Brothers-Ewing Chapel.
