Armando Heredia Obituary
Armando "AJ" Heredia Jr. was called to be with the Lord on February 24, 2015 at the age of 11.
Armando was born on January 12, 2004. He was blessed with a loving mother Heather Overholt, father Armando Heredia Sr., Sister Makayla Martinez, and grandma Bonny Wright, lots of Aunts and Uncles and cousins who loved him dearly. He is proceeded in death by his great grandmother Liberty Bell "ma-ma" and his Tio Luis Heredia.
AJ was full of life, love, and lots of energy. He could light a room with his smile. He loved to play baseball, soccer, and ALWAYS riding his skateboard. He loved spending time with his mom, sister, father and the rest of his family.
AJ enjoyed going to church with his mom and being a part of the skits and feeding the homeless. More than anything he love to ride around town with his dad in his big tall truck. He will be missed dearly. AJ watch over us as you skateboard in heaven with your angel wings until the day we see you again, all in Gods timing.
The viewing will be held at JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main St. Ventura, CA 93001 from 3 pm to 10 pm with a short Service beginning at 7 pm on Friday March 6, 2015. Saturday there will be Mass at the San Buenaventura Mission beginning at 12 pm located at 211 E. Main St Ventura, CA 93001. Burial will follow Mass at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, 5400 Valentine Road, Ventura, 93003.

My deepest condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of knowing Armando when I taught him Pre-K at Bard, and enjoyed his smile and hellos in the hallways after that. Your classmates have fond memories of you... rest in peace sweet angel.

To The Parent's and Family of AJ,
I did not know your son, and I do not know your family. But, I reach out to you with love and understanding of the horrific pain you are enduring right now. Your Son, as you know is now in the lap of God. Doesn't make it easier for you, I know. I lost my boy over 8 years ago and all I can say, is you do not walk this path alone. The pain of loosing a child never diminishes. But, as time moves forward, your loving memories and thoughts of your Son will make you smile. He is still very close to you in spirit. That can never be taken from you. He is watching over you and with you in love. Blessings and prayers to your family at this time in your lives. God Bless.

I am so sorry for your loss..my son Jason went to school with Armondo an is so saddened by this..he remembers how on his first day of kinder.. Armando was his first friend, walking up an introducing himself, thank u Armando for your sweet memories <3

Heather I am truly sorry for your loss. Armando was such a great boy. Avery and I use to see him walk home from school on our way to our house and we always waved at him. My prayers go out to you and your family!!!!!!
