Mom,
My words fail me now at your passing. So many years with Gramps and such good fun memories.
I know that I will see you both again in heaven... as I will hear CARLSON from one side and CARLSON back from the other side. That lucky ole Son as Gramps use to love to sing to you every time we were in the car.
Always the Yellow Rose of Texas.
Loved you dearly.

Sincere sympathy to Billie's family. We were cousins through her
first husband, John Wilkinson. His Mom and mine (Mamie) were sisters. I had not seen her since we both attended a family reunion in Las Vegas, a few years ago. I remember how friendly she always was, and her happy she seemed. Did notknow she had been ill.
Love to all,

I have a lot of childhood memories of Billie Jo and I have even more adult memories meeting her on Monday nights at the Elks for a burger and bingo. We had a lot of fun. She was one lucky lady she always hollered "Bingo" and would think it was funny because she would not warn me first. I enjoyed taking care of Billie the last couple years off and on while dad was ill too. But during her last days my daughter Tiffany and I shared in the care and Billie was so gracious and loving towards us. I will never forget the night before she passed she mouthed, "I love you too" after I told her I loved her. She could barely open her eyes or speak but she told me she loved me and that meant the world to me. Billie we will miss you and thank you for all the years of being my step mom we had some good ones! Love Jeanie
