Surviving loved ones' is son, Carlos Alberto Gonzalez Jr.; parents, Mario Alberto Gonzalez, Lourdes Gonzalez; and siblings, Mario A. Gonzalez, Claudia V. Gonzalez, Angel H. Gonzalez, Cynthina Y. Godina.

Charlie will be missed by many.

Charlie attended Channel Islands High School.

He enjoyed the company of his friends and family. He enjoyed listening to music, and loved to play and watch sports with his friends and family. He was always caring and friendly; everywhere he went he made friends. He expressed his love to all of us during his short time with us. We will cherish all of our memories with him.

We will miss you dearly and you will always be in our thoughts.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 4 at Garcia Mortuary at 12 p.m. following the Rosary at 7 p.m. Mass Friday, Oct. 5 at Our Lady of Guadalupe at 9:30 a.m. following the burial at Santa Clara Cemetery.

Not a day goes by I don’t think of you Primo. Today I find myself really in my feelings. Maybe because it was just your birthday or maybe because I just seen Lil Charlie. That kid is your spitting image.

All our lives have changed so much since you left us. You and my Nino left a huge void in my life that I will never be able to fill, nor would I want to, because that part of my heart belongs to you both.

I’ve had you in my thoughts and in my dreams a lot lately. I know you’re trying to tell me something, maybe just that you’re still here with us. But your physical presence is deeply missed. I truly can’t wait until the day I can hug you, your dad, and the rest of you that are waiting for us up in heaven.

I love you and will always love you Primo. Keep my seat reserved next to you all. One day we will meet again.

I met Charlie At Channel Islands in 2009 in our history class we were freshman and we became very close.
